1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions on the 111vip platform. This document is prepared in English and constitutes the final, legally valid version.

• 111vip reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

• If any individual provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on 111vip:

• Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• If you register with false information, your account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Account access must not be granted to any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 111vip support team immediately.

3. Age Verification and Responsibility

111vip is a responsible gaming platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

• 111vip services are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older.
• 111vip reserves the right to verify valid identification (National ID / Passport) at registration or at any time as needed.
• If verification fails or the user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

111vip offers safe and fast transactions through popular payment methods available in Bangladesh.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.
• The name on the account must match the name on the payment account — transactions to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 111vip reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification in cases of suspicious activity.
• Fraudulent or irregular transactions will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

111vip offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific terms.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• To withdraw after claiming a bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times (wagering requirement 10x).
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per registration.
• If bonus abuse is found — such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or manipulation — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• 111vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on 111vip:

• All game outcomes are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the last confirmed balance will be restored.
• 111vip is not liable for bets lost due to network disruptions; however, compensation may be available in the case of a proven technical fault.
• The game provider's own rules also apply — where they conflict with 111vip's terms, 111vip's Terms will take precedence.
• For sports betting, winnings may not be withdrawn until the result has been confirmed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 111vip. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using fraudulent methods to exploit the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Hacking, using bots, or any automated tools on the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, deceiving, or providing false information to other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability (bug or glitch) in the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

111vip may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Failure to cooperate with security verification.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any valid withdrawable balance will be returned; however, bonus balances and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111vip platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, images, and videos — is the exclusive property of 111vip and is protected by applicable law.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content from the platform without written permission from 111vip is prohibited.
• Limited use for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) retain their own intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

111vip always strives to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free, but liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by disruptions to third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers).
• Losses resulting from unforeseen technical outages or cyberattacks.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Liability for funds lost — participation in gaming is entirely at the individual's own decision and risk.

Under no circumstances will 111vip's total liability for any single incident exceed the amount deposited by the affected user at that time.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

111vip places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 111vip and any user, it will be addressed through the following process:

• If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to 111vip's legal level.
• 111vip's decision on all disputes will be considered final, unless determined otherwise by a neutral third party.
• Complaints regarding gaming outcomes must be submitted within 72 (seventy-two) hours of the claimed event.

13. VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

Participation in the 111vip VIP program is subject to the following terms:

• The VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
• The Bronze level offers up to 0.2% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%.
• Advancement to a higher level depends on overall activity and participation on the platform.
• Cashback is automatically added to your balance each week and bonus wagering requirements may apply.
• 111vip reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.
